NRS Tech Business rates: Minimum 2 hours onsite and a trip charge applies to all onsite visits.
(Network Services) $150 PC Services of Local and Domain Network Connected Desktop Systems. (Network Services Level 3) NL3 $200 Domain Server Services in Relation to connectivity to the local network. (Network Serivce Level 4) NL4 $225 Work related to VPN/router or remote connected systems to the internal network. (Network Service Level 5) NL5 $300 Emergency and After hours services onsite. Offsite after hours/emergency support is billed half rate with a minimum 2 hour billing.
Trip-Charge $65
Backup Monitoring is $12.50 per week per server and includes weekly testing of backup image/s remotely billed annually.
Support which requires leaving the state or country is billed at $1500 per day.* All trips out of area require the client to cover lodging and travel expenses.
Pre-Paid Labor Blocks:
20 Hour Block Parameters: 1. All labor is discounted 10% for normal scheduled onsite visits. Above covers network services billed at same rate. 2. Trip charges are reduced by $20 3. Emergency/After hours support is reduced by 20% 4. Phone support limit 1 incidents per week up to 1 hour limit without billing. 5. Remote access support of local systems is billed at 75%
40 Hour Block Parameters: 1. All labor is discounted 20% for normal scheduled onsite visits. Above covers network services billed at same rate. 2. Trip charges are free. 3. Emergency/After hours support is reduced by 50% 4. Phone support limit is 3 incidents per week 30 minute limit each call. 5. Remote access support of local systems is billed at 20% 6. Free backup monitoring with quarterly purchase. 7. Weekly update installation. 8. Critical update monitoring.
NRS Tech Home Rate: NRS Tech charges a standard flat rate of $100 per hour for all home user labor with a minimum of 2 hours and a $65 trip charge. We ask all of our home clients to please use all of this time even if it's a "Quick Fix" we are happy to train and help educate you on anything you may have questions on as to maximize the value of what you are being charged for.
NRS Tech believes in educating it's customers so that when they do need to call us it's for more than a "Quick Fix" we want you to be confident and aware of your technology.
